Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician - Mechanical (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global Plant in Quapaw, Oklahoma, United States. Relocation is not provided.

Starting pay: $30.99 per hour.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, equipment, piping, physical structures, instruments, and electrical systems.
• Lead routine, preventive, corrective, scheduled, and emergency maintenance activities supporting safe and reliable production.
• Operate and maintain plant utility systems, including steam boilers, air compressors, fire protection, electrical generation, and water purification equipment.
• Inspect and test equipment, determine repair needs, resolve faults, and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain equipment records, follow safety and environmental practices, and participate in 5S, 5D problem solving, SQDC, and Lean Management System activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of experience as a pipefitter, welder, electrician, instrument or electronics technician, HVAC-R technician, and/or millwright.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to read and apply mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
• Applicants may be required to pass company-selected testing during the selection process.

Nice to have

• Experience repairing pumps, piping, and general facility infrastructure.
