Assistant Manager Lafayette Regional Airport (Night Shift)

Location: Lafayette Regional Airport, 200 Terminal Dr., Lafayette, LA; onsite, night shift

What you will do

• Assist with supervising, delegating, coaching, scheduling, onboarding, and training location staff.
• Support parking operations, including ticket inventory, cash flow, audits, and operating reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained garage or parking lot and oversee maintenance projects.
• Act as a point of contact for clients or property managers and respond to their requests.
• Provide respectful assistance to guests, resolve escalated concerns, and cover frontline positions when needed.
• Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, and safety concerns.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally with guests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work onsite at Lafayette Regional Airport during the night shift.
