Quality Control Inspector (Electrical)

What you will do

• Perform electrical inspections of incoming and in-process materials.
• Set up and connect electrical test equipment according to safety and procedural requirements.
• Conduct functional testing of electrical components and document findings and final disposition.
• Record inspection status in SAP and on quality records, logs, and other required documentation.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams, customers, suppliers, and source inspectors to resolve quality issues and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience with complex electrical inspection or equivalent equipment.
• Experience using electrometers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, TDRs, multimeters, and low-voltage testing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical components and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, sound decision-making, and safe working practices.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to nuclear manufacturing.
• Knowledge of basic electrical principles and mechanical systems.
