Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; onsite role with 25% travel

Salary: $87,150–$110,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day CG production workflows across multiple device categories and form factors.
• Gather, review, and validate CAD/GP files and other technical inputs for CG asset creation.
• Track product configuration changes and updates to keep imagery accurate and specification-aligned.
• Monitor projects in Workfront and coordinate timelines across design, marketing, engineering, and creative partners.
• Support product kickoffs, agency asset transfers, metadata accuracy, and downstream asset availability.
• Manage assigned project budgets, purchase orders, change-order reconciliation, agencies, and contractors.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in CG production, technical project management, digital asset workflows, or a related field; advanced-degree candidates may have 3–5 years of experience.
• Four-year or graduate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Experience or ability to learn CAD/GP file workflows, product configuration environments, structured asset governance, and DAM systems.
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, resolve complex problems, and work independently with sound judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted imagery production and structured CG pipelines.
• Background in digital asset workflows or creative agency coordination.
