Digital Content Production Artist (AI)

Location: South Jordan, Utah, USA; in-office at least 4–5 days per week

What you will do

• Own day-to-day production work and move 3D models through the content pipeline.
• Partner with software teams to ingest models and verify compatibility with hirify.global software and machines.
• Work with QA to review models, confirm correct processing, and maintain quality standards.
• Define, document, and improve repeatable production processes as content volume grows.
• Maintain accurate tracking, taxonomy, and search organization across content types.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive work, troubleshoot workflow issues, support testing, and submit clear bug reports.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, visual judgment, and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to take ownership of processes, documentation, tracking, and follow-through.
• Experience troubleshooting problems, adapting to unfamiliar software, and communicating clearly in written updates and bug reports.
• Active use of AI tools and interest in finding opportunities for automation.
• Comfort with tracking tools such as Airtable, Workfront, or Jira.
• Ability to work in the South Jordan office at least 4–5 days per week; the position is not fully remote.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD tools such as Fusion 360, Blender, SolidWorks, Rhino, or ZBrush.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Interest in consumer creativity, crafting, or design, with hirify.global familiarity as a plus.
