Technical Lead - Fashion (CGI)

What you will do

• Own and improve technical pipelines, tooling, automation, data flows, and production standards.
• Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on effective workflows.
• Guide AI exploration and distinguish practical opportunities from hype.
• Identify production bottlenecks and develop scalable technical solutions.
• Work hands-on when needed and turn successful solutions into practices for the wider team.
• Help shape the technical and production roles required as the Fashion vertical grows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technical role such as CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production workflows.
• Sufficient scripting knowledge to guide developers and make sound technical decisions.
• Systems thinking, hands-on execution, and strong communication across artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers.
• Experience with C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, Nuke, or comparable tools.

• Experience in product visualisation, fashion, sportswear, or digital twins.
