Sr. Designer, 3D (Spatial Planning & Rendering)

Location: Remote - GMR

Salary: $68,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead 3D design for major projects, developing spatial narratives, architectural concepts, spatial systems, and material palettes.
• Create photorealistic renderings that communicate lighting, materials, human scale, atmosphere, and brand storytelling.
• Partner with Creative Directors, Design Directors, 2D Designers, Motion Designers, and production specialists to shape cohesive experiences.
• Develop concepts through technical documentation, fabrication, installation, and production-ready delivery.
• Lead complex client presentations and communicate spatial concepts and creative decisions clearly.
• Explore rendering plugins, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging tools to improve the design process.

Requirements

• Extensive professional 3D design experience in an agency, experiential, architectural, or related environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino, plus rendering plugins and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Deep understanding of spatial design, materials, fabrication methods, environmental design, and real-world performance.
• Experience managing projects from concept through fabrication, balancing creative ambition, timelines, and technical constraints.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth, diverse project experience, exceptional craft, and work that has been built.
