Summer 2027 MBA Internship – Strategy and Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person work three to four days per week in Louisville, KY; Arlington, VA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Nashville, TN; or New York, NY. Remote opportunities are not available.

Salary: $37,440–$96,800 per year full-time equivalent base pay estimate.

What you will do

• Support strategic planning, business case development, and portfolio execution across healthcare business areas.
• Contribute to process improvement, transformation initiatives, and operational efficiency projects.
• Analyze market, financial, operational, clinical, and consumer information to develop recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across clinical, operational, technology, finance, and business teams.
• Present insights and implementation priorities to diverse audiences, including executive leaders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or another advanced professional degree program, with graduation expected in spring or summer 2028.
• Available for the full-time, 40-hour-per-week program from May 24 through August 13, 2027.
• Must work in person three to four days per week in one of the listed U.S. locations.
• Must not require current or future U.S. work visa sponsorship; sponsorship and support for OPT, CPT, and J-1 status are not available.
• At least three years of professional experience completed before starting graduate school.
• Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional influence, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, agility, and emotional intelligence.

• Strategic, financial, analytical, and problem-solving experience.
