Senior Product Manager (Global)

Location: Remote from Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile

What you will do

• Own consumer problems end to end, from customer discovery and design through launch and iteration.
• Improve discovery, conversion, engagement, repeat behavior, and the overall guest experience.
• Create user flows, interactions, copy, prototypes, and working product experiences using AI and modern product tools.
• Conduct customer research, analyze behavioral signals, form hypotheses, and run experiments.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design while managing technical and product tradeoffs through launch.
• Maintain a high craft bar across hierarchy, responsiveness, edge cases, copy, and product polish.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping products that improved conversion, engagement, retention, or customer experience.
• Exceptional product taste and strong design instincts, including the ability to create compelling flows and prototypes independently.
• Full-stack product mindset across research, design, analytics, experimentation, technical tradeoffs, and execution.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and demonstrated ability to use them to increase product output.
• Strong technical intuition around systems, APIs, data, and implementation constraints.
• Strong written communication, high agency, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work in a distributed team.
