Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global.ai website experience across meeting assistant, call center, and developer audiences.
• Improve navigation, information architecture, page quality, performance, and journeys from first click to signup or demo.
• Identify and scope website, content structure, product alignment, and SEO issues, then drive fixes through delivery.
• Run intake and roadmap prioritization across business lines and stakeholders based on impact.
• Set a clear storytelling and quality bar for pages and challenge feature-focused content that lacks a strong point of view.
• Use analytics, session replay, search data, and experiments to form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and document learnings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or product marketing.
• Experience owning a website as a product, with concrete examples of problems identified, changes made, and results achieved.
• Strong design literacy and the ability to assess layouts and explain design decisions.
• Strong storytelling and copy-shaping skills, with an understanding of what makes a page effective beyond conversion.
• Fluency in analytics and experimentation, including changing one variable at a time and defining kill criteria.
• Working knowledge of SEO, technical concepts, and developer-facing content, plus the ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities.
