Financial Analyst (Automotive)

What you will do

• Monitor supplier financial condition and provide ongoing supplier risk assessments.
• Support budget and forecast development for direct materials and raw material productivity.
• Provide manufacturing locations with forecast guidance and actual-versus-budget performance analysis.
• Prepare procurement scorecards and support compliance with sourcing and price-change policies.
• Evaluate sourcing options using discounted cash flow comparisons.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley testing and projects involving tariff reporting, PPV forecasting, and metal market automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Quantitative Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0–3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze procurement, supplier, budget, and forecast data.

Nice to have

• Experience replacing manual processes with automated workflows.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA or Power Query.
• Experience with R, Python, or C++.
