Project Manager (Drupal/WordPress)

Location: United States — fully remote, but applicants must live and work in the United States

What you will do

• Manage redesign, migration, and ongoing support projects from kickoff through launch.
• Act as the primary client contact and build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, meeting notes, budget trackers, and other documentation for projects up to $200k.
• Support scoping by gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
• Forecast resources, manage budgets and schedules, monitor project health, and escalate risks or blockers.
• Coordinate strategy, design, development, and QA teams; lead project meetings and participate in QA reviews.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing web development projects and retainers.
• Previous agency experience.
• Experience with Drupal and/or WordPress required.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, client relationship, and detail-orientation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams in a technical, fast-paced environment.
• Must live and work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify, Contentful, or headless platforms.
