Senior Angular Software Developer III (AI)

Location: Remote within Colombia; Medellín or Bogotá

What you will do

• Create architecture, prototypes, RFCs, and design proposals aligned with product and platform strategy.
• Define and evolve the Angular design-system roadmap, including component architecture, design tokens, theming, documentation, packaging, and adoption.
• Build, test, document, and maintain accessible reusable Angular components and component libraries.
• Design and support Angular module federation patterns for safe sharing and composition of front-end capabilities.
• Guide product, design, accessibility, and engineering stakeholders through technical trade-offs and reusable solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, establish safe team practices, and mentor developers on agentic workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including enterprise-scale front-end engineering.
• Expert Angular proficiency and deep knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, application structure, routing, build tooling, and performance.
• Experience building or significantly evolving reusable component libraries or enterprise design systems.
• Hands-on experience with Angular module federation, Storybook, design tokens, theming, component APIs, and reusable library distribution.
• Strong accessibility expertise, including semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, focus management, screen-reader support, and WCAG-aligned implementation.
• English at C1 level, strong communication and mentoring skills, and experience influencing architecture across teams.
