UI Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality user interfaces focused on usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into functional UI solutions.
• Implement responsive designs for cross-platform and cross-device compatibility.
• Apply frontend best practices, including component reusability and performance optimization.
• Participate in design reviews and document technical decisions clearly.
• Contribute domain expertise to training next-generation AI systems through high-quality real-world input.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in UI design principles and frontend development methodologies.
• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, pixel-perfect execution, and empathy for end users.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI animation, micro-interactions, or design systems.
• Background in building accessible and inclusive digital products.
• Experience working with cross-functional remote teams.
