Senior Frontend Engineer - aiR Assist (AI)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid

Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN per year, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable chat and agent interfaces using React, TypeScript, PrimeReact, and internal design systems.
• Build AI-powered conversational experiences with streaming responses, state management, tool and skill interactions, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Develop reusable frontend infrastructure using micro-frontends, web components, shared AI context services, modular architecture, code splitting, and Nx monorepos.
• Create responsive, accessible, cross-platform experiences and maintain high standards for performance, testing, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Backend Engineering teams to deliver continuous product improvements based on user feedback.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and contribute to CI/CD, progressive CDN deployments, versioning, and component lifecycle workflows.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional frontend development experience building large-scale web applications or enterprise platforms.
• Advanced JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern React expertise, including hooks and concurrent rendering patterns.
• Experience designing reusable UI infrastructure, shared libraries, scalable abstractions, modular architecture, code splitting, lazy loading, and micro-frontends.
• Experience with component libraries, responsive design, semantic HTML, modern CSS, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, with frontend state and data-fetching tools such as React Query and Zustand.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing using Vitest, Jest, Playwright, Cypress, visual regression testing, or Storybook.

Nice to have

• Frontend infrastructure experience in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience contributing to design systems or shared enterprise component libraries.
• Experience with module federation and runtime composition of independently deployed frontend applications.
• Understanding of .NET or Node.js for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with AI-enhanced interfaces, chat experiences, streaming responses, agentic workflows, personalization, or generative interactions.
