Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Architect and build high-performance, production-grade customer-facing interfaces using React, Redux or comparable state management, and TypeScript.
• Design frontend experiences that integrate AI-powered features such as chat, content generation, and smart recommendations.
• Own performance, scalability, and reliability across high-traffic applications, including bundle size and rendering performance.
• Establish frontend engineering standards for reusable components, design-system consistency, testing coverage, and code reviews.
• Partner with product, design, and backend engineering to deliver features quickly through continuous delivery.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on architecture, debugging, and modern React patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping modern, production-grade web applications at scale.
• Deep expertise in React, Redux or modern state management, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience using AI throughout the delivery lifecycle, reviewing AI-generated code, and establishing guardrails for provenance, licensing, security, compliance, and customer data handling.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with microservices-based architectures.
• Experience with Jest or Cypress, component libraries, and design systems.
• Experience owning technical outcomes in fast-moving environments and working with high-scale SaaS or consumer platforms.
