Wellness Program Manager (Employee Wellness)

Location: United States; onsite in Bayport, MN and/or Oak Park Heights, MN three days per week, with remaining days remote. Travel to neighboring facilities and occasionally to other North American locations may be required.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary company bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and implement annual wellness plans aligned with client health and well-being goals.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person wellness programs, health fairs, biometric screenings, and health assessments.
• Act as the primary well-being contact for client leaders, management, and internal account teams.
• Lead and expand the Wellness Champion Network across individual worksites.
• Create leader toolkits and multi-channel communications to increase employee participation.
• Review program performance, analyze employee feedback and historical metrics, and report outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree required; MS or MBA is a differentiator.
• At least 2 years of Wellness Coordinator or similar client-facing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering well-being information products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with client stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in Bayport or Oak Park Heights, Minnesota, and travel to nearby facilities.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of Wellness Coordinator, Health Coaching, or similar client-facing experience.
• Five or more years delivering healthcare information products and services.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or managing a Wellness Champion Network.
• Professional wellness certifications.
