Internal Communications Lead

Location: London Television Centre, London, United Kingdom — hybrid

Salary: Up to £57,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Lead internal communications campaigns and projects aligned with hirify.global Studios’ strategy.
• Advise senior leaders and stakeholders on high-impact communications.
• Create clear, engaging content and messaging across multiple channels.
• Plan and deliver major announcements, town halls, leadership events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Measure audience response and optimise communications channels and approaches.
• Support business continuity, organisational change and crisis communications while coaching colleagues and deputising for the Head of Internal Communications.

Requirements

• Experience leading high-profile internal communications campaigns and projects in a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Experience supporting large-scale change, transformation or organisational programmes through communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience delivering events, leadership communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital communications channels, social media and communications measurement, with experience working in international and commercial environments.
