Software Engineer (TypeScript/React)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States — onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 per year, plus 0.1%–0.75% equity depending on experience and package

What you will do

• Build and help deliver early platform versions, including pilot programs with initial customers.
• Develop intuitive, polished product experiences with a strong focus on UI/UX.
• Turn product requirements and front-end components into a robust, enterprise-ready application.
• Design and implement integrations with external APIs, partners, and cloud infrastructure.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly to validate ideas and deliver customer value.
• Help define long-term technical architecture, product strategy, and engineering direction as the platform scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL, and Trigger.dev.
• Experience in a startup or agency environment, ideally building an early-stage product from zero to one.
• Strong product engineering judgment and experience creating polished, user-friendly experiences.
• Experience building API integrations and working directly with customers, end users, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, make technical decisions in ambiguity, and provide technical leadership as the organization grows.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems and ERP API integrations.
• Experience with supply chain, procurement, or related enterprise software.
