Staff Accountant

What you will do

• Prepare multiple account reconciliations using the BlackLine reconciliation tool.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and post standard and accrual journal entries during month-end and quarter-end close.
• Maintain fixed asset accounting, including additions, deletions, and adjustments.
• Process accounts payable and receivable invoices, match purchase orders, and track payments.
• Analyze balance sheets and income statements and recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
• Manage multiple projects and contribute to special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, PCS, or BlackLine.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
