Sr. Staff Software Engineer (GraphQL, Typescript, Agular, AWS)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain GraphQL APIs and data solutions using Aurora, Postgres, Redis, and Amazon MemoryDB.
• Build clean and maintainable back-end and front-end solutions with TypeScript and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams across multiple products.
• Develop and review automated tests, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Deliver projects hands-on while improving scalability, reliability, code quality, and engineering processes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of software development experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in GraphQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Expertise in TypeScript for front-end and back-end development, plus experience with Redis and BPMN workflow solutions such as Camunda.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, GitHub, and cloud or infrastructure technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience.
• Familiarity with Node, React, or similar frameworks.
