What you will do

• Analyze community sentiment and synthesize local research reports to assess project fit.
• Evaluate macroeconomic, demographic, geographic, and socioeconomic data to identify areas suitable for revitalization.
• Build models forecasting job creation, tax revenue value, marketing investment, and broader community impact.
• Identify social-impact opportunities related to food deserts, the digital divide, and other local infrastructure gaps.
• Assess sustainable development options, including wetland restoration and repurposing agricultural land.
• Translate complex research into actionable insights for leadership, recruiting, communications, and project teams.

Requirements

• Experience in research, data science, market analysis, economics, urban planning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with data modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Experience with economic modeling, geographic or spatial analysis, and interpreting complex external reports.
• Ability to connect economic indicators, power-grid information, and community data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to communicate research findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with infrastructure development, energy markets, or land use and zoning.
