Location: Tampa, Florida; must be willing to work in Orlando and travel to surrounding areas as needed. The role requires studio and field work, varying shifts including nights and weekends, and emergency reporting when necessary. Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.

What you will do
- Shoot, write, and edit daily news stories for newscasts, recorded programs, and live station broadcasts.
- Work with news producers on story ideas, development, and completed story presentations.
- Report live during newscasts and breaking news from the studio or field.
- Coordinate, conduct, and record interviews while building community contacts and story leads.
- Develop ongoing sweeps and special-series stories and represent Telemundo at community events.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Journalism or a related field.
- At least two years of reporting, shooting, writing, and video-editing experience.
- Complete fluency in Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required.
- Enterprise reporting and live reporting experience.
- Strong English communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work long hours, varying shifts, weekends, and emergencies.
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide a demo reel or portfolio of work examples.
