Master DataOps Developer

What you will do

• Provision environments and ensure platform readiness across lakehouse and cloud-warehouse layers.
• Build and operate Git-based CI/CD pipelines for metric definitions and transformation logic.
• Automate regression testing and promotion across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for replication, landing-zone health, schema changes, warehouse refreshes, lag breaches, and cost anomalies.
• Own platform cost attribution and consumption monitoring across warehouses and compute.
• Create architecture records, operational runbooks, and progressive knowledge-transfer sessions for the client operations team.

Requirements

• Experience in DataOps or platform engineering for production cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD for data pipelines, Git-based workflows, automated testing, regression gates, and multi-environment promotion.
• Experience monitoring and alerting on CDC replication pipelines and cloud data warehouses; Snowflake experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience owning platform reliability and cost governance.
• Fluent English at B2+ level is required for coordination across client and delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake operational concerns, including capacity and landing-zone health.
• Experience writing production runbooks and leading client knowledge transfer.
• Experience with Qlik Replicate.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial-services environments with strict change-control practices.
