Property Specialist (PropTech)

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for residential lettings and operates a large UK property portfolio through its network of agencies.

What you will do

• Carry out property check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, and pre-leaving inspections.
• Complete inventories, schedules of condition, and inspection and compliance reports.
• Support compliance with health and safety, fire, and gas requirements.
• Create property marketing content, including photos, videos, and floor plans.
• Conduct and manage property viewings, collect feedback, and support additional appointments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in lettings or property sales is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of UK residential lettings regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfort using CRMs, property portals, and online communication tools.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Meet, and Google Docs.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a technology-driven, fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Giraffe or other 360 cameras.
• Familiarity with inventory software.
