Principal Technical SEO Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Co-own the portfolio-wide technical SEO strategy, roadmap, and standards across the Gaming portfolio and support the Sports portfolio.
• Lead complex investigations covering crawling, rendering, indexation, architecture, internal linking, international SEO, migrations, structured data, and web performance.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on architecture, major releases, migrations, and experimentation.
• Build automated monitoring, diagnostics, and early-warning systems for material technical SEO issues.
• Develop internal tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve SEO analysis, quality assurance, prioritisation, and execution.
• Create reusable technical patterns, guardrails, and frameworks while coaching teams and documenting best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading complex technical SEO initiatives across large websites or multi-domain portfolios with measurable organic or commercial outcomes.
• Expertise in crawling, rendering, indexation, architecture, internal linking, canonicalisation, international SEO, migrations, structured data, JavaScript SEO, log-file analysis, and web performance.
• Ability to prioritise technical opportunities based on value, risk, effort, confidence, and opportunity cost.
• Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Technical self-sufficiency and a hands-on builder’s mindset focused on scalable systems and standards.

Hiring process

• Initial 30-minute Talent Partner interview via Zoom.
• 60-minute interview with the Chief Gaming Officer, followed by a 60-minute technical SEO interview with senior SEO team members.
• 90-minute case presentation and Principal peer interview, including a technical SEO assessment prepared in advance.
