Senior SEO Analyst (GEO)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies for enterprise client engagements.
• Perform raw and rendered DOM analysis, diagnose JavaScript content gaps, and audit robots.txt, canonicals, pagination, faceted navigation, and sitemaps.
• Manage site migration roadmaps, including 301 redirect mapping, staging validation, parity checks, and post-launch QA.
• Run Screaming Frog crawls, interpret Core Web Vitals, and turn site architecture and internal linking data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, intent classification, competitor gap analysis, and structured data implementation.
• Partner with engineering, CMS, creative, and design teams to convert SEO and GEO requirements into technical user stories and development tickets.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and industry-standard keyword research platforms.
• Experience auditing site architecture, resolving rendering issues, validating schema markup, and optimizing Core Web Vitals.
• Direct experience managing technical site migrations and pre- and post-launch QA without losing organic visibility.
• Strong practical understanding of LLM search behavior, retrieval-augmented mechanisms, and Generative Engine Optimization.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1+ level and strong strategic presentation skills for global stakeholders.
• Engineering or related degrees requiring a professional license must be accompanied by the applicable Colombian professional license.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React, Next.js, enterprise headless platforms, or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Prior SEO or GEO consulting experience in the healthcare sector.
