Senior UI Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Own user discovery, UX design translation, UI implementation, launch, stabilization, support transition, and adoption for AI products.
• Build responsive, accessible frontend architectures and reusable components with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, Next.js, or comparable frameworks.
• Integrate production interfaces with APIs, services, data, model services, LLMs, RAG, search, agents, BI, and deterministic automation.
• Implement secure sessions, telemetry, performance optimization, graceful failure, human oversight, and traceable outcomes.
• Establish testing, CI/CD, staged releases, observability, rollback, incident response, and support practices.
• Coordinate governance and GxP controls, lead root-cause analysis, measure adoption, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 1+ year, master’s degree with 8–10 years, bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years, or diploma with 12–14 years of relevant experience.
• End-to-end ownership of UX design and UI delivery for at least one production web application or substantial interface workstream with measurable outcomes.
• Strong hands-on JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and experience building responsive, accessible interfaces with React, Next.js, or a comparable framework.
• Full-stack experience with APIs, integrations, data flows, and production support.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled product experiences, testing, cloud, DevSecOps, security, responsible AI, and regulated delivery.
• Strong technical leadership, analytical judgment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems, data visualization, multimodal interfaces, and AI review or approval experiences.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, event platforms, stream processing, service mesh, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience with vector or graph databases, agent gateways, agent evaluation, UiPath, or n8n.
• Experience with AWS, Bedrock, SageMaker, Databricks, Spark, Kubernetes, serverless services, infrastructure as code, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience delivering GxP-relevant, validated, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other high-impact systems.
