Product Management Associate (MedTech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute product marketing, portfolio, brand, and growth strategies.
• Design go-to-market strategies and lead new product launches, including positioning, sales messaging, pricing, inventory, and promotion.
• Manage transactional and strategic pricing, P&L, A&P budgets, forecasts, and portfolio profitability.
• Partner with regional marketing, sales, supply chain, and internal and external stakeholders to align demand, supply, and commercial execution.
• Gather customer and market insights through interaction with customers, sales representatives, surgeons, key opinion leaders, industry meetings, medical journals, and market research.
• Provide technical and marketing support to sales teams and analyze competitive, medical, and sales data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Five years of relevant professional commercial experience in sales and/or marketing; healthcare experience is desirable.
• Experience in product management, marketing strategy, and product launches.
• Fluent English and excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer-centric skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and virtual teams.
