Communications Lead Sr - Regional Communications Team

Base salary: $109,200–$202,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and execute strategic external communications programs for hirify.global’s California markets.
• Advise regional presidents, local leaders, and business partners on communications strategies and opportunities.
• Manage media relationships, proactive story placement, press releases, media briefings, social media content, and media inquiries.
• Prepare spokespeople and serve as a local-market spokesperson when needed.
• Write stories, op-eds, remarks, talking points, and corporate communications content.
• Use data and campaign results to recommend strategy improvements and measure communications effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with strategic communications planning, media relations, copywriting and editing, storytelling, and organizational communications.
• Ability to partner with senior business leaders and coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work in the Los Angeles office; this is an in-office position.
