Growth Marketing Specialist (SaaS): Building and optimising demand campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events, community channels, and the website with an accent on campaign execution, performance analysis, and marketing automation. Focus on designing nurture sequences, identifying performance issues, running optimisation tests, and turning campaign engagement into pipeline.
Location: Remote, Europe

What you will do
- Execute demand-generation campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, email, webinars, events, and Reddit.
- Own campaign builds, launches, timelines, coordination, and daily management.
- Monitor performance, analyse campaign data, identify risks and opportunities, and run optimisation tests.
- Build and iterate email campaigns and nurture sequences that convert event and webinar interest into pipeline.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to automate and track campaigns end to end.
- Monitor industry and competitor developments and apply relevant insights to campaign strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns.
- Practical experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.
- Experience with email marketing and nurture sequences, plus exposure to webinars, events, or community channels.
- Strong execution, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Regular use of AI tools with concrete examples of improving productivity.
