ERP Supply Chain Business Analyst (JD Edwards)

Location: Remote across Brazil; São Paulo listed as the job location.

What you will do

• Lead functional analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne supply chain modules.
• Support Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory, Quality, Transportation, EDI, and distribution processes.
• Participate in cloning JD Edwards applications and processes to establish hirify.global’s independent technology landscape and exit transition services agreements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technology, finance, manufacturing, commercial, HR, and third-party delivery teams.
• Resolve integration issues involving warehouse management systems and other supply chain interfaces, including Swisslog where applicable.
• Lead upgrade initiatives, validation, documentation, end-user training, and continuous improvement for JD Edwards applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, data management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience with JD Edwards ERP and its supply chain modules.
• Hands-on experience configuring, supporting, designing, and troubleshooting JD Edwards systems and integrations.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, regulated environments, compliance, validation documentation, traceability, electronic records and signatures, audit readiness, and change control.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies, manage senior stakeholders, and collaborate in multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 or later.
• Experience with warehouse management systems such as Swisslog and automated warehouse operations.
• Project management experience leading ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Experience cloning and owning applications, design thinking, and Portuguese language skills.
