Customer Quality Specialist

Location: Frosinone, Italy; onsite

Minimum annual salary: €36,000; eligible for a company productivity bonus

What you will do

• Support the deployment of the quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and team capabilities.
• Manage non-conformity incidents in cooperation with business functions, suppliers, and global customers.
• Act as the customer point of reference during non-conformity management.
• Support customers during process audits and visits, ensuring compliance with working practices and procedures.
• Manage quality data accurately to identify current performance and prevent future non-conformities.
• Contribute to prevention, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, rapid response, and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar quality roles.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, methodologies, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and comfort working in an international organization with different time zones.
• Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects and deliver results within deadlines.
