What you will do

• Implement privileged access management controls aligned with industry standards, NIST, laws, and regulations.
• Operate controls and support testing and audit engagements.
• Work with project teams as a subject-matter expert to deliver access management changes.
• Help reduce access management risk and strengthen compliance across the organisation.
• Support continuous improvement of TSB’s access management culture.

Requirements

• Understanding of privileged access management.
• Experience implementing, operating, testing, and auditing controls.
• Experience supporting projects as a subject-matter expert.
• Experience working within risk and control frameworks, including NIST standards.
• Experience writing and managing documentation.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, and access models across operating systems, databases, and cloud environments.
