Senior Operations Analyst (Banking IT Operations)

What you will do

• Monitor core banking business services using industry-leading technology toolsets.
• Develop service monitoring and observability to improve visibility and availability.
• Triage and respond to technology anomalies affecting applications, systems, infrastructure, and services.
• Minimise the impact of incidents and maintain service availability and performance.
• Coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and technology suppliers during technical recovery.
• Act as lead support within IT Operations and direct a team of analysts.

Requirements

• Experience with monitoring application services, microservices, infrastructure, middleware, networking, and mainframe batch environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills for incidents and service situations of varying complexity.
• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in ITIL service operation, incident management, and problem management processes.
• Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure across network, server, and application layers.
• Knowledge of change management and banking-related technology services is beneficial.
