Product Application Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote-based in the United States; domestic travel required 50% of the time. The position supports the North America product portfolio.

Salary: $68,200–$116,000 annually, plus applicable incentive or bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Provide technical, product, quality, and application support to customers within an assigned territory.
• Support new product implementations, customer onboarding, and product adoption initiatives.
• Develop and deliver technical education and product training for internal and external customers.
• Represent technical product expertise during customer presentations, meetings, conferences, and seminars.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and account management teams.
• Communicate customer feedback, technical concerns, best practices, and product opportunities to internal teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical experience with plasma collection.
• Bachelor’s degree required; biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or another technical discipline preferred.
• Experience with customer product integration and training is desired.
• Ability to troubleshoot product, application, and customer issues.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to work remotely while traveling domestically 50% of the time.
