Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday and flexible work location on Fridays
Annual base salary: $86,893.33–$113,400.00

What you will do
- Manage customer satisfaction, retention, growth, and service agreement renewals for an assigned portfolio.
- Prospect for new customers and opportunities through cold calls, leads, quick quotes, and lead management.
- Prepare and deliver service proposals, including mechanical service agreements, time-and-material work, and quoted jobs.
- Develop account profiles, strategies, service delivery plans, customer budgets, and scheduled customer visits.
- Monitor account financial performance, follow up on receivables, and create correction plans for underperforming agreements.
- Maintain accurate opportunities and sales pipeline data in Salesforce while coordinating with sales, estimating, operations, and account teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a certificate with two years of work experience preferred.
- Customer service and relationship-building experience is beneficial.
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving, initiative, collaboration, adaptability, and results orientation.
- Mathematical aptitude and the ability to multitask and think critically in high-stress situations.
- Effective in-person, phone, and written communication skills; availability for occasional extended hours.
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months; working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
