Senior iOS Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from Mexico

Salary: MX$85,000–MX$95,000 per month, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain native iOS features for booking flows and payments using Swift.
• Integrate mobile applications with multiple backend services and products.
• Improve application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Design and operate complex AI agent orchestration systems and human-agent collaboration patterns.
• Use AI-assisted development to ship product features while reviewing and correcting generated code.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders and own critical product areas from conception through production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience with Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Strong iOS fundamentals, including API integration, data modeling, system design, debugging, and application reliability.
• Experience with mobile architecture, design patterns, unit testing, integration testing, UI testing, continuous integration, and TDD.
• Daily production use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for logic errors, security issues, maintainability, edge cases, and scalability.
• Clear communication, collaboration, self-motivation, and ownership of technical decisions.

Nice to have

• Android development experience.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs or mobile CI/CD.
• Experience with B2B software, booking flows, or the travel industry.
