Senior AI Applied Software Engineer (iOS)

Location: Hybrid work in Kraków, Poland, combining remote work with regular access to the Kraków office.

What you will do

• Maintain and extend the hirify.global Digital Banking mobile product offering.
• Build reusable Swift UIKit and SwiftUI components and deliver framework APIs and ABIs.
• Use AI coding assistants, LLM workflows, and automated tooling across UI, backend services, and APIs.
• Design clean, testable, maintainable components with attention to backward compatibility.
• Run unit, UI, and integration tests while maintaining accessibility, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate autonomously with UX, QA, and Product Managers in a cross-functional Scrum squad.

Requirements

• Professional experience designing and building iOS applications, including at least one app available on the App Store.
• Strong mobile development expertise with Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Ability to identify tooling gaps, reduce technical debt, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum practices.
• Strong focus on testable, maintainable code and iOS accessibility, security, and performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with TDD and unit testing.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
