What you will do
- Review drone imagery of commercial roofs and assess AI-generated results for accuracy.
- Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete AI outputs using commercial roofing expertise.
- Label and annotate roof imagery according to project guidelines.
- Assess roofing features, conditions, workmanship, and potential issues visible in images.
- Perform quality reviews and provide expert feedback on ambiguous or complex scenarios.
- Help curate datasets used to improve AI model performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial roof inspection, roofing QA/QC, roof observation, or commercial roofing construction.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, installation practices, and quality standards.
- Ability to assess roofing conditions from visual information and apply professional judgment consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort using digital tools to review images.
- Ability to follow detailed review and labeling guidelines.
- Recognized professional roofing certification required, such as RRO, RRC, NCRI, NRCA PROCertified Roofing Foreman, or another relevant certification.
Nice to have
- Prior experience reviewing drone or aerial roof imagery.
