What you will do

• Review business slides covering process improvement, logistics, service-level reviews, and capacity planning.
• Rebuild slides in Microsoft PowerPoint while preserving accuracy, clarity, and relevant industry terminology.
• Improve data visualization, message hierarchy, and narrative flow through visual storytelling.
• Edit content for precision, factual accuracy, and effective communication with executive and client-facing audiences.
• Document slide changes, preserved elements, and the rationale behind design, content, and analytical decisions.
• Complete flexible, project-based assignments, typically requiring 1–2 hours per slide.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, or process improvement in industry or consulting.
• Experience creating or enhancing executive-level presentations for senior leadership or client audiences.
• Strong skills in data visualization, content editing, and visual storytelling for operational topics.
• Excellent written communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to factual accuracy.
• Familiarity with message hierarchy, evidence-supported slide titles, and selecting appropriate exhibits.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI model training, evaluation, or rubric development.
