Salary: $21 per hour

What you will do
- Review and follow up on inbound patient requests.
- Conduct personalized outreach using an auto-dialer and make 150–200 outbound calls per day.
- Speak with approximately 80–100 patients daily and book an average of 19 appointments.
- Build trust with patients and caregivers, explain the value of ordered and in-home services, and answer questions.
- Develop knowledge of partner care models and collaborate with representatives and healthcare professionals.
- Escalate complex questions and concerns to the appropriate teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in healthcare.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems and other healthcare software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while following established processes.

- Experience with Zendesk.
- Experience with Five9.
- Experience in an on-demand service or healthcare environment.
