Affiliate Support Agent (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for affiliates, Introducing Brokers, and partners.
• Handle support tickets, emails, and operational inquiries.
• Support affiliate onboarding and account-related requests.
• Handle commission and rebate-related inquiries and escalate complex operational cases.
• Maintain accurate records and ticket categorization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Marketing while meeting service, quality, productivity, and response-time KPIs.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in customer support, affiliate support, operations, sales support, or a related role is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems, Forex, financial services, FinTech, online trading, or affiliate operations is advantageous.
