Proposal & Marketing Specialist

What you will do

• Assist the RFP team leader in developing creative, high-quality responses to requests for proposals and information.
• Produce graphic and technical content for proposals, presentations, sales materials, marketing communications, and client communications.
• Coordinate with sales, account, leadership, corporate marketing, and other stakeholders to manage projects effectively.
• Manage the regional RFP database and maintain marketing, brand, and sales materials on the company intranet.
• Support brand training and provide guidance on graphic standards and brand interpretation.
• Manage association and membership benefits, including speaking engagements, networking, execution, and ROI tracking.

Requirements

• Undergraduate college degree and at least four years of related work experience.
• Technical or creative writing ability; writing samples are required.
• Experience producing and designing visually appealing proposal and presentation materials; work samples are required.
• Strong communication, project management, customer service, judgment, and work ethic.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, document design, and related software.
• Ability to work with executive-level and sales-oriented stakeholders and handle sensitive information in a changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with content management software.
• Knowledge of the regional business community, investment, or insurance industry.
• Business development or project management experience in marketing or professional services.
• Willingness to complete design application training within six months if needed.
