Senior Contract Manager

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States. Domestic and international travel of up to 20% is required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

What you will do

• Advise project teams on customer contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Support contract administration, change order management, and contractual correspondence.
• Review technical, commercial, and contractual requirements to develop claim and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare, pursue, and defend contractual claims by analyzing project documentation and records.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities and recommend actions to support project success.
• Collaborate with project management, legal teams, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex contractual issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in contract management, claims management, contract drafting, and contract analysis in a project-based environment.
• Experience working with international teams and contractual partners.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
