Senior Automation Testing Engineer (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated testing across backend APIs, contracts, services, web applications, and mobile platforms.
• Develop Playwright, Appium, and Maestro coverage, including end-to-end, component, visual, RTL, offline, synchronization, and payment-peripheral testing.
• Design shared fixtures, test-data management, parallel execution, CI pipelines, device-farm strategies, and performance or load tests.
• Build AI-assisted test generation, failure triage, self-healing locators, flake detection, quarantine, and coverage-gap analysis.
• Create evaluation infrastructure for AI features, including datasets, scoring, regression detection, Arabic and English behavior, RTL interfaces, and regional POS, tax, and payment rules.
• Develop agentic AI workflows that can inspect diffs, run suites, reproduce failures, propose fixes, and coordinate multi-step testing with human escalation when needed.

Requirements

• Recent hands-on experience shipping and maintaining production LLM-backed systems used by real users.
• Strong Python skills and professional experience with at least one of .NET, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience owning release-gating automation across backend and web or mobile interfaces.
• Practical knowledge of test design, automation frameworks, CI/CD, evaluation systems, prompting, structured output, retrieval, tool use, and agentic AI orchestration.
• Understanding of reliability engineering for LLM systems, including guardrails, retries, observability, model routing, latency, cost, and non-determinism.
• Remote work is associated with Cairo, Egypt.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP-style tool interfaces, multi-agent systems, sandboxed execution, context engineering, LLM-as-judge evaluation, and statistical analysis of small samples.
