What you will do
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of backend feature modules for the wealth management business using Golang.
- Design technical solutions for business requirements and participate in system architecture discussions.
- Design MySQL schemas, write SQL, and optimize database performance for stability and data consistency.
- Develop Redis caching strategies and Kafka-based asynchronous processing.
- Monitor services, investigate alerts, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Write technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and improve engineering quality with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Golang, C++, Java, or Rust.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks.
- Experience with MySQL, Redis, message queues such as Kafka or RocketMQ, and RPC frameworks such as gRPC or Thrift.
- Familiarity with Linux operations, troubleshooting, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
Nice to have
- Finance or wealth management development experience.
- Distributed systems design experience.
- Blockchain-related project development experience.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.
- Open-source contributions, technical writing, overseas study, or work experience.
