Dispatching/FullAuto Solution Developer (Semiconductor Automation)

Location: Kulim, Malaysia; onsite customer activities and factory deployments may be required globally

What you will do

• Analyze, design, develop, document, integrate, test, and assure automation solutions.
• Provide second-line support for Automation Product Group solutions.
• Work with solution managers to understand factory challenges and convert them into software solutions.
• Support product and application rollouts at customer sites globally.
• Assist deployment teams with implementing solutions in customer factories.
• Understand complex factory systems and interactions between people and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and judgment skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, databases, SQL, scripting languages, and software engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations and experience implementing Dispatching/Full Automation solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Performance Platform technologies, including APF RTD, Activity Manager, or APF Fusion.
• Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
