Location: On-site in Kulim, Malaysia. Shift 1 (Malaysia).

is hiring for a manufacturing systems software engineering role supporting foundry customers and semiconductor manufacturing operations.
What you will do
- Own customer support tickets from intake through closure, including communication and status updates.
- Review, validate, classify, prioritize, and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, automation, integration, data, and reporting systems across multiple platforms.
- Analyze manufacturing and customer data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate investigations with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automation, IT, Engineering, and domain experts.
- Track SLAs and operational KPIs while improving support processes, data quality, documentation, and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong SQL and database querying skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, system integrations, and data flows.
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations, manufacturing systems, automation systems, and related data domains.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticket management platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and structured root-cause analysis skills.
