Commercial Leadership Development Program (Engineering)

Location: Hybrid in North Andover, Massachusetts, with additional assignments in Franklin, New Hampshire. Onsite Monday through Wednesday in North Andover, remote option Thursday and Friday. Travel of approximately 10%–25% is required.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month rotations across Applications Engineering, Product Engineering, and Product Management.
• Support customer solutions, technical quotations, field visits, product positioning, and customer training.
• Contribute to sustaining engineering and new product development projects in manufacturing and R&D environments.
• Support product portfolio management, market research, pricing, profitability analysis, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Analyze technical data, Voice of Customer insights, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
• Coordinate initiatives across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Product Management, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Graduation date of May 2027.
• Strong technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Must establish employment eligibility and complete all required pre-employment screenings.
